Website maintenance
WordPress website maintenance for sites that are already live
IntegroFlow’s WordPress website maintenance services start with a map of what your site has and who controls each part. Then we keep it working on a monthly plan.
We take on live sites, including ones built by others, and don’t register your domain or hosting in our name.
Free, no obligation.
Where it starts
How a site usually reaches us
Something broke
Most often, one of three faults: the site gets slow, forms, email, cart or payment stop working, or malicious code or suspicious users turn up.
Your developer is gone
They can’t be reached, and the logins are with them or no one knows where.
Just launched
Someone now has to decide who looks after it. For sites we build, we offer maintenance without pushing it.
Diagnosis then usually shows that nobody was responsible for the site’s technical condition for a long time. Updates, backups, security and error checks ran irregularly or not at all.
We fix the first problem first. Restoring a seriously infected site or large-scale performance optimization is a separate project. Afterwards, clients often move to ongoing maintenance so it doesn’t happen again.
What’s included
WordPress website maintenance services: where we start, what happens monthly
Our WordPress website support services start with an inventory, then run monthly: checked updates, restore-tested backups, urgent response and a report. Scope depends on your plan and the agreement.
Free assessment
No obligation.
Agreement
We agree on your plan and terms.
Inventory
It answers what you own, where everything sits, what gets updated and backed up, which dependencies are critical and how safe changes are. We usually check hosting, domain, access, PHP and WordPress versions, theme, plugins, licenses, backups, security, performance and accumulated errors.
Stabilization
We stabilize the site and, with your consent, remove unneeded plugins.
Monthly work
Regular work starts.
How each update is handled
Each update
A backup, then the WordPress, theme or plugin update. After that, we check key pages, forms and user flows. Riskier updates are tested separately first, so we can roll back.
How often
Usually monthly, with critical security fixes out of turn.
Restore-tested backups
Daily, kept off the main server for 30 days, with a restore check each quarter.
May also include
Performance monitoring, for example. Deep optimization of what actually slows a WordPress site down is its own project.
Automatic uptime monitoring and domain, SSL and hosting checks are not on every plan.
Urgent and not urgent
Under the agreement, in working hours (weekdays, 09:00–18:00 Greece time) and on plans with urgent work, we confirm an urgent request within 30 minutes, start diagnosis within one working hour and answer a regular one within six working hours. Outside those hours and on holidays, support is only at a separate rate. A response means we have started: fix time depends on the cause, the site, the hosting and third-party services.
| Urgent | Not urgent |
|---|---|
| Site down | Cosmetic changes |
| Forms, checkout or payment fail | Replacing content |
| Hack or malicious redirect | Installing a non-critical plugin |
| Data loss | Small display glitches |
| Most users affected |
What you see each month
A report every month
A plain-language PDF by email, with technical detail only where a decision needs it. It typically covers:
Critical issues
Flagged at once, without waiting for the monthly report.
Updates done and check results
Backup status and site availability
Security events and performance
Errors fixed and small changes
Risks and recommendations for next month
Where the plan ends
Any task over five hours is a separate project: we explain the line, quote cost and timing, and start once you agree. Unused small-fix time doesn’t carry over to a bigger project.
Small fixes to existing features
May be included. New features are a separate project.
Security scanning
May be included. Restoring a seriously infected site is quoted separately.
Outside planned maintenance
For example, a redesign or new pages, moving hosts, writing or translating content, SEO, and domain, hosting or license fees.
Our guide covers what maintenance usually involves, task by task.
Your WordPress maintenance agency: what we find on sites that come to us
Sites usually arrive working, but with updates long overdue, backups missing or never test-restored, and plugins added just to solve a task. Often there’s no test environment. Our About page shows who is responsible for your site.
One case
On one site, the form showed messages as sent while the mail system rejected some, and nobody knew. We found the gap in the sending log. The fix: proper mail sending, sender domain verification, and delivery errors routed to a channel someone watches.
How our WordPress maintenance plans are billed
You pay a fixed monthly subscription: your plan sets the scope, the agreement sets the terms, and extra work is billable hourly.
Monthly subscription
Ongoing WordPress website management within your plan.
Hourly beyond the plan
For smaller tasks. Anything over five hours is its own project, quoted first.
Three months to start
Recommended for the inventory, stabilization and a view of the site over time. Not required.
We settle your plan and terms before you sign, starting with a free assessment, and the pricing page explains how ongoing support is paid for.
Questions before we work together
No. IntegroFlow doesn’t sell hosting and takes no commission from hosting companies. If you ask which hosting suits your site, that’s part of maintenance.
Yes. After a free assessment, the inventory shows where the domain and hosting are registered and who holds access. Neither goes into our name.
Our hours are weekdays, 09:00–18:00 Greece time, when response times apply, and support outside them is only at a separate rate. As a WordPress support agency based in Greece, we work and report in English and Greek, with one partner and one point of contact.
Yes, as WordPress sites. In WooCommerce store support, checkout and payment are urgent. We don’t maintain Shopify stores. A separate service applies if the store needs to be built or rebuilt.
Maintenance keeps your current site working and can include small fixes. A redesign, new pages or new features are separate projects: see other work we do on a site and when rebuilding costs less than maintaining.
Yes. Start with a free site assessment. We diagnose and fix that problem, and ongoing maintenance can follow. Restoring a seriously infected site is a separate project.
Sites not built on WordPress, Shopify stores, and agencies that want maintenance to resell under their own brand.
Next step
Start with a free look at your site
We look at your site first, then send a proposal. Maintenance starts after the agreement, with the inventory.
The assessment and the proposal are free, with no obligation.
