Website, automation or both? Start with where you lose customers

Short on leads, or losing the ones you get? The website, automation or AI you came for may not fix it. Check where customers drop out: before they get in touch, or after.

We help you work out what your business needs. The first assessment is free, no obligation.

Before you choose

Where you lose customers: before they get in touch, or after

Before they get in touch: people visit, but few contact you. They can’t find what they need or tell what it costs, wait on a slow page, or give up on the form. The site itself gets in the way.

After they get in touch: the lead goes missing. Enquiries spread across calls, forms, email and messages, and some arrive after hours. A complex quote request finds nobody to pick it up, and replies come late.

Check it yourself

Think back to an ordinary week. The answers are a guide, and the free assessment covers your own case.

Do people visit, and do they contact you?

Compare the week’s visits with the enquiries they brought.

Who got an answer, and how fast?

Include those that came in after hours.

Where did each one stop?

It never arrived, sat waiting, or got a reply and no follow-up.

What do people ask?

If they ask what the site should already tell them, part of the loss starts before they contact you.

Check that enquiries arrive

On sites that came to us from another developer, our team found a contact form that showed “sent” while some messages were rejected. Nobody knew.

Four outcomes

What fixes each case

Before they get in touch

The fix is the website when the site itself is in the way.

If hardly anyone visits and nothing keeps the site out of search, a site alone isn’t enough. Search promotion and ads are separate work IntegroFlow doesn’t do. If the site is hidden from search by mistake, or old page addresses lead nowhere after a move, that’s site work, not promotion.

And if customers choose someone else based on reviews and ratings, or dislike the offer itself, a new site alone won’t fix that.

Next: a site built to turn visitors into leads.

After they get in touch

Leads go missing or wait too long, and handling them eats the team’s time. That’s work for automation if the process repeats and is stable. If not, set the process up first. With few enquiries, one place for them all and a daily check may do for now.

Before and after

Few leads, and some get lost. You can fix it in stages: many of our clients start with the website and add automation later. Doing both means one partner and one point of contact, with the site and automation built to work together. With mixed signs, go through your case with us.

Neither

Customers reach you and hear back on time. Nothing needs to change now.

Already know what you need?

Fit

Who this fits, and who it doesn’t yet

A good fit

Businesses with a steady flow of enquiries, where the website is a main way new customers reach them.

Not a fit yet

Businesses that get most customers by referral, without a steady flow of enquiries, and projects below the minimum budget we take on.

From our projects

Two projects, two points of loss

Lost after they got in touch

In one of our projects, at an appliance repair company, what looked like slow replies turned out to be enquiries lost between channels. So the first step was one queue for every request. Lost or forgotten requests fell from 6–8 a week to 0–1.

Lost before they got in touch

In another of our projects, a theme update left a service company’s site sluggish. New theme scripts clashed with old settings that bundled them, so the menu and enquiry form took seconds to respond. After the full set of fixes, the main content appeared in 1.8 seconds, down from 3.9.

Your site’s domain and hosting are in your name from day one. Access, source files and documentation go to you for the work you’ve paid for.

Our case studies show similar work on each route.

Questions before you decide

Because what you came for may not match where you lose customers, and checking takes minutes. If they drop out after getting in touch, a new website won’t fix that.

Not necessarily. What matters is whether visitors send an enquiry and whether the site itself is in the way. Start with step one of the check.

Start with what you can see: few enquiries, late replies, or questions the site should already answer. Still unclear? That’s a case for the free assessment.

No. The assessment and the proposal that follows are both free, with no obligation. Commitments start when you sign a contract.

Not sure? Let’s look at your case
