Hospitality web design
Hotel website design that leads guests to book direct
For independent and boutique hotels, motels and inns, our hotel website design puts a clear booking step on every page.
We connect the booking system you already use, even one inside your PMS, and sell none of our own. No system? Guests get an enquiry form. The free assessment carries no obligation.
Who it’s for
Hotels, motels and inns, with or without a booking engine.
Not a fit if you need
- your own booking system or an all-in-one platform
- help choosing which hotel software to buy
- advertising or promotion
- a €300 website
- a site in two days
- a chain-wide IT setup
Direct bookings
Why guests check your site, then book on the OTA
Guests find you on an OTA
Some then look up your site. If rates are hidden or booking is clumsy on a phone, they go back.
Booking must be as easy as on the OTA
Your site is your own sales channel next to the OTAs.
OTAs stay. Guests find you there, and we don’t promise you can leave them. A booking engine alone won’t bring bookings: price, season, availability and promotion drive demand.
The OTA commission comes off every booking, even from guests who had already picked your hotel.
The website is one part of the whole direct-booking setup for hotels.
Scope
What our hotel website design services include
We design around the guest journey to your booking step, mobile booking path first. Boutique and luxury hotel website design follow the same rule.
We set up a multilingual hotel website, and the texts and translations come from you.
SEO website design for hotels starts with a foundation of structure, meta tags and a sitemap. Advertising and promotion, including on OTAs, are not our services.

What the site needs from your systems, and what it doesn’t
Your website
Shows the hotel and leads guests to your booking step. We build it, with no engine of its own.
Booking engine
Guests pick dates, see availability, book and pay. Your provider’s system, your subscription.
Channel manager
Syncs rates and availability across OTAs and your engine. Your provider’s system, separate from the site.
Your PMS is the front-desk system. If a booking engine came built into it, that’s the one we connect.
Which one is your hotel?
An engine inside your PMS or channel manager
We connect that engine. You don’t need a second one.
A separate booking engine
It goes on your site as a link or a widget.
Not sure what you have
We sort it out in the free assessment, including what the site can skip.
No booking engine? The site leads to an enquiry form. Getting guest enquiries answered without manual back-and-forth is automation work our team also does, including linking a channel manager to that flow.
Included, and paid by you
In every project
- Fits every screen size
- SEO foundation and SSL
- Real-phone test as a new visitor
- A backup proven by a restore
Paid by you, directly
Booking engine, channel manager and other subscriptions and licenses stay in your name, and we flag them in advance. Domain and hosting fees go to the provider.
How we check a hotel website before handover
Before handover, every enquiry form must pass five checks on a real phone. If one fails, handover waits.

One hotel project
At an independent hotel in Greece, guests saw rates and cancellation terms late and re-entered dates and guest count in the booking module. IntegroFlow rebuilt the site so terms show first and the selection carries over, keeping the hotel’s existing systems.
A booking counts if its confirmed booking number in the hotel’s booking system is linked to a website session. Cancellations within 60 days of creation are subtracted. One project, no control group, demand not controlled: no forecast for another hotel. The case study shows what changed and how bookings were counted.
Client sites, including this hotel’s, use the same WordPress build as integroflow.com, the site you’re reading.
Scope is fixed in writing before we start, and work moves in stages you can check. Your first conversation is with Dmitry, our founder and web developer.
Your domain, hosting and accounts are in your name from day one, and access and documentation are yours for paid work.
On the site, we set up analytics only for the key action, like a booking-engine click or a sent enquiry. We don’t promise to measure completed bookings or revenue.
Pricing
What a project starts from
Three presets set a one-off starting price, and the free assessment shows which fits your hotel. Booking engine subscriptions stay separate.
Standard
Custom
These are one-off project prices, and support after launch is an optional subscription. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added only where it applies — for example, for clients in Greece.
FAQ
Questions to ask a hotel website design company
What owners ask hotel website designers.
Yes, as a link or a widget, so you need no second engine. With none, the site offers an enquiry form and automation can handle the replies. We sell no booking software of our own.
The website doesn’t. For the hotel, that depends on your number of sales channels and who updates availability. Linking it to enquiries is automation work.
We don’t promise a number of bookings, and OTAs stay where guests find you. The site lets them book direct, but demand depends on price, season, availability and promotion. Payback is something we calculate in the free assessment — for your numbers.
Landing takes 5 working days and Standard 10 from the start*. Custom’s timeline is in the proposal.
*The start is prepayment plus a completed brief, and revisions, your reply time, launch and handover come on top.
Only a completed brief to start. Photos, room details, texts in every language and booking system access come from you. If something’s missing, we can source an outside specialist for a fee.
Yes. Redirects are always included, and so is moving old content you list. Large blogs are quoted separately.
For three months, we fix whatever doesn’t work as agreed, free of charge, unless someone else changed it. After that, support is an optional subscription.
Domain, hosting and accounts are registered to you from day one, with access and documentation handed over for paid work. The booking engine is separate and on your subscription, so you can switch it without a new site.
