For owners and managers who rely on their website for inquiries

Website redesign services for the site you already have

You’ve outgrown your site, but you don’t want to lose what it already does. IntegroFlow’s website redesign services start by going through what you have. Before work begins, you get in writing what stays, what changes and what moves across.

Old addresses always redirect to the new ones. After launch, we check the result against the design and what we agreed. Start with a free assessment of your current site, no obligation.

First question

Should you redesign your existing website?

Your site may no longer reflect your business, or it may have stopped bringing in inquiries. Either can call for a redesign, but neither always does. A website redesign strategy starts by finding your situation below.

Your situationWhat makes sense
It brings in inquiries and still reflects the businessKeep it. If it only needs looking after, ongoing support covers that.
One thing holds you back (a page, a form, a setting), and the structure is fineStrengthen that part. If the assessment shows you don’t need a redesign, we offer improvements and fixes to your current site.
The structure or the path to an inquiry holds you back and settings can’t fix it, or the site no longer reflects the businessRedesign it. The final call comes at the assessment.
Nothing is worth saving: no addresses, no contentStart over with a new site from scratch.

A slow site needs a diagnosis first: some causes go away without a redesign, so start with what actually slows a site down.

Who this isn’t for

Wanting a better-looking site is a fair reason to call a website redesign company. We’re the wrong fit if:

  • you only want a new look, whatever the site does for the business
  • you want a copy of a competitor’s site
  • you need the lowest price, or a site within days

Selling online? The work runs differently if it’s an online store that needs rebuilding.

What’s included

Our website redesign process: what happens to your site

Before you choose among website redesign companies, ask each one what happens to the site you have. Our website redesign services answer in five points, the same for a corporate website redesign or a smaller one.

What stays, in writing

At the free assessment we look at what’s worth keeping. Before work starts, a written scope says what stays, what changes and what moves across. That scope is your website redesign project plan. Content named there moves over as the site’s initial content. A catalog or blog with more than 20 entries gets a separate estimate.

Old addresses lead to new ones

Redirects from old addresses to new ones are part of every redesign. A full map of old and new addresses comes in only when the site moves to a new platform. Changing addresses without redirects costs search traffic. Redirects lower that risk and can’t remove it.

Inquiries count as much as rankings

A redesign can cost you inquiries as well as rankings. Before handover our team walks the path to an inquiry on a real phone and tests the form all the way to the inbox. Analytics has to record the real inquiry. A form can say “sent” while the email never arrives.

A new build on WordPress

When we redesign website structure and pages, you get a new build: our own theme on Gutenberg blocks, with as few plugins as the job needs. A site on another platform moves to WordPress. See how we build sites on WordPress.

What we check after launch

First of all, we check whether the result matches the design and how it adapts on all devices. The same round covers server errors, browser errors and everything else agreed in the proposal or contract. That isn’t the full list.

Only a completed brief is a must. Everything else can follow as the work goes on. Content comes from you, and anything beyond the written scope we discuss separately. By launch we’ll need access to your domain and hosting.

The website redesign plan then runs through prototype, design, development, launch and handover, with a result you can see at each stage. Here’s how a project runs from the free assessment to launch.

Real project

One redesign, and how we counted the result

An independent hotel in Greece had a booking path that lost what guests had chosen. Our team mapped that path first, then redesigned the site on our own theme and blocks, replacing a page builder. Rates and cancellation terms now show before the booking module opens, and dates and guests carry over.

The domain, key addresses, hotel management system and booking module stayed. Changed addresses got redirects.

In this project

Bookings through the site, after cancellations.

72 → 108
May–June 2025 vs May–June 2026, at 6,000 sessions in each window. Bookings are confirmed booking numbers, minus cancellations within 60 days of creation.

One project, no control group, market conditions outside our control, no forecast. Keep that in mind when you read what changed and how the bookings were counted.

Cost

What the price depends on

The price of our website redesign service follows the scope: how much of the site changes and what moves across. Once we agree that scope, the price in your written proposal is fixed for it. It changes only if the scope grows. You agree to that first. The aim is big-agency quality without the big-agency price. Your proposal follows the free assessment, and both carry no obligation. Our pricing page goes deeper into what a redesign’s price depends on.

FAQ

Website redesign questions

We redirect old addresses to the new ones, and a move to a new platform adds a full map of them. Without redirects, changed addresses cost traffic. Visibility can still fluctuate for a while, even when the work is done right. We don’t promise search rankings after a move.

It depends on the scope. We name the timeline in the written proposal, before work starts.

If your site only needs looking after, ongoing support is the better fit. If the structure holds you back and settings can’t fix it, a redesign makes sense. Website redesign services sit outside planned support.

One thing is required: a completed brief. The rest can come along during the work. You provide the content, and whatever the written scope names moves across. We’ll need access to your domain and hosting by launch.

You do: they stay in your name, and if you already have them, we work with what’s there.

The content comes from you, and demo content holds the place until it’s ready. A copywriter is a separate service: an outside specialist working under our supervision.

A new build on WordPress. We take any site and move it over, with a full map of old and new addresses. Stores differ: we don’t develop them on Shopify, and the path changes if it’s an online store that needs rebuilding.

For three months after launch, we fix free of charge anything that doesn’t work the way we agreed. Editing your content doesn’t change that. Breaks caused by updates, hosting or changes to the site after handover fall under ongoing support, which stays optional.

Professional website redesign services make sense when the site is a real channel for inquiries. A brochure site with no link to inquiries may not need a redesign. Payback is something we calculate in the free assessment — for your numbers.
