AI assistant for customer questions
What monthly support covers is written into your proposal. You pay for AI usage directly to the model provider, outside our monthly fee.
With a human handoff
At IntegroFlow, AI customer service automation means the questions your customers ask again and again get an answer without anyone on your team typing it. The assistant passes everything else to a person. Payments, bookings and order changes stay with staff.
Built for small and mid-sized businesses where a small team handles a steady stream of repeat questions. Start with a free assessment, no obligation: we check whether an assistant fits your flow of questions.
Before and after
If your team types the same answers every day, some of them after hours, those answers are already settled. They cover things like opening hours, your address, prices from your approved list, required documents, delivery or cancellation terms. That daily typing is what AI customer service automation for small teams takes over. Anything new goes to a person.

With the assistant
An honest filter
Three signs it’s the wrong tool for your business.
Almost every message is a one-off, so there is no base of answers to build.
Someone on your side has to approve the answers and keep them current.
Nearly every message is about a specific order, booking or payment, and those go to your staff anyway.
Need AI for sorting incoming messages, reading documents or drafting replies for staff? That’s a separate service, where we build AI steps inside your other processes.
Features
The risk that matters with AI in customer service automation is a confident wrong answer: an invented rule or last year’s price. So before launch, our team builds a base of short answers to your repeat questions, and someone on your side approves it. Each answer also carries an owner in your team, the approved source behind it and a date for its next review. The assistant answers only from that base. When a price or rule changes, a person updates the answer. The assistant does not teach itself from chats. In the bank project below, reconciling versions of the same facts across the website, PDFs and internal guides was harder than the technical setup.
If there’s no matching answer, or the assistant isn’t sure, it tells the customer so. The conversation then goes to a person on your team, who gets the gist of the question and the customer’s contact. Some topics go straight to your staff: payments, bookings and order changes, refunds and compensation, complaints, personal data. A customer can also ask for a person in the chat at any point, and the assistant hands the conversation over. Handed-over chats arrive in your email, your CRM, a shared queue or a ticket system.
Transparency and data. By default, the assistant tells customers it’s AI as soon as a chat starts. Customer messages are processed on your server and in the AI model provider’s cloud. Questions about personal data go to your staff right away. If you need more depth, read where automation data lives and what GDPR asks of it.
Launch and after. We run the assistant alongside your current process, with a test stage in manual mode and rollback at any point. For two weeks after launch, we monitor it and fix failures free of charge. After that, monthly support covers monitoring and fixes, while your people keep the answers current. Each of our automation projects has a failure alert and a log of every run. The tools are standard and named, so another contractor could support the setup. Here is how an automation project runs from the free assessment to launch and support.
Proof
Both figures compare 8 weeks before the project with 8 weeks after stabilization. Everyone kept their job, and the freed time went to disputes and complaints. In a hotel project of ours, the assistant answers guests from an approved base, while booking changes and payments remain with staff.
Pricing
The assistant is priced as standalone automation.
What monthly support covers is written into your proposal. You pay for AI usage directly to the model provider, outside our monthly fee.
The final price comes in a written proposal and stays fixed for the agreed scope. See what standalone automation starts from.
FAQ
It says so and hands the chat to your team: a staff member sees what the customer asked and how to reach them.
Yes. By default, the assistant introduces itself as AI in its first message and doesn’t pose as a person.
Standalone automation pricing starts from €900 for setup, then from €120/mo for monthly support. After two free weeks from launch, monitoring and fixes are part of it. Your written proposal lists everything support includes and locks in the final price for the scope we agree. AI usage sits outside the monthly fee: you pay the model provider for it directly.
On your own server and in the cloud of the company behind the AI model. Anything involving personal data goes straight to a staff member.
We connect the channels you want, usually WhatsApp Business, Viber and Instagram.
It can. A conversation the assistant hands to staff goes to your CRM or ticket system, or to email or a shared queue.
Ready-made platforms offer customer service automation AI, but you do the setup and write the answers yourself. With IntegroFlow, our team sets it up and your people approve the answers it uses. A staff member on live chat answers while they’re online. Doing nothing leaves the questions with your team. A no-code specialist can build the setup, and someone still has to own the answers.
No, your staff still handle decisions and complex cases. AI automated customer service takes the repeat questions off their plate. In our project for a retail bank, no one was let go. Payback is something we calculate in the free assessment — for your numbers.
Your people do. If your prices or rules change, they update the matching answer, and the assistant uses the new version. For two weeks after launch, we watch the assistant and fix faults at no charge, then monthly support takes over. We also check selected conversations once the assistant is live.
Next step
In a free assessment, we go through the questions your customers ask. Then we tell you whether AI customer service automation makes sense for you and what you’d need to prepare.
