Web Development — one of our two core directions
Most companies pay for a website that ends up working like a digital brochure: it looks fine, but it brings no enquiries. A visitor lands, scans, leaves. The site costs money every month and earns nothing back.
At IntegroFlow, a website design agency based in Greece, we design and build WordPress websites that work as a sales channel — fast, multilingual, with an SEO foundation from day one. One team, one point of contact.
What you get
Website design and development are usually sold as separate things. Design is one invoice, development another, SEO a third, ongoing maintenance a fourth. The handoffs are where most projects lose months and money. For us, all of it belongs to the same job.
Our website design services include user research, structure that guides a visitor toward an action, a mobile-first layout, custom WordPress development, multilingual setup, performance work, and an SEO foundation that helps the site get found on Google. The same team that draws the design writes the code, and supports it after launch. There is no agency-to-agency handoff in the middle.
We build on WordPress because it gives your business ownership of the site, real flexibility, and straightforward maintenance, without dependence on a closed subscription platform. The full case for the stack is on our WordPress development services page. And because a website is part of a wider customer flow, we often pair it with business process automation so the leads it brings in are actually followed up.

Who it’s for
A well-built website works for any small or medium business that lives on incoming enquiries. The problem is almost always the same: either the website doesn’t bring enough enquiries, or the ones it does bring get lost in manual handling. For most, this is small business website design where every enquiry counts. The vocabulary changes by sector; the need for a professional site that converts stays the same. A few sectors where we have experience:
Where we focus
We don’t build every website the same way. The right approach depends on the type of site, your sector, or whether a site already exists. Each case has its own page with the detail:
Online stores with a clean path to purchase and secure payments.
When the booking or enquiry is the centre of the page, not a side feature.
For businesses serving Greek and international audiences side by side.
If your business operates in Greece, part of the cost can be covered by an ΕΣΠΑ-subsidised website. And if you want to see how the approach changes for your sector, find the solution for your industry.

The process
Every project goes through four steps. You don’t need to know anything technical — that part is our job.
In a 30-minute call we understand what your business does, who your audience is, and where you’re losing enquiries today. From that comes a clear goal for the site: more bookings, better lead quality, lower cost per enquiry, or all three.
We present a structure, web design direction and recommended package, with a fixed price and timeline. You know exactly what you’re getting before any development starts.
Our developers and designers build the site on WordPress, set up the SEO foundation and any required integrations, then test it across phones, tablets and desktops.
We publish the site, train your team on the admin, and stay available for updates and improvements over the months after.
Investment
The price depends on what your business needs: how many pages, how many languages, which integrations. Whatever the scope, you get a premium result at an accessible price. We build sites at the level of large agencies, without their markup — thanks to our own system of ready-made blocks and the automation of our own production. Big-agency quality at a price that makes sense for an SME.

Built for more enquiries and bookings.
For more complex projects with deeper requirements.
These are starting figures; after the free assessment you get a fixed quote, not an open bill. And if your business operates in Greece, we’re a registered provider and can check whether you qualify for an ΕΣΠΑ subsidy.
Why us
Two things set us apart, and one principle runs through every project.
FAQ
The questions owners ask most often before starting a project.
Usually 4–8 weeks, depending on the package and the number of pages and languages. We give you a clear timeline during the free assessment.
WordPress gives you ownership of your site, real flexibility, and straightforward maintenance. You’re not locked into a closed subscription platform for every change, and any developer can pick up the project later if needed.
A cheap template gives you a shell. We give you a system that returns the investment through customers and saved hours. And our price is already accessible, because we cut the overheads of a big agency (account layers, bureaucracy) while keeping the quality high.
Maintenance is part of how we work: updates, security, performance and ongoing improvements. You can keep this going as part of our website maintenance service.
If your business is based in Greece and meets the criteria, yes. We’re a registered ΕΣΠΑ provider (KAD 62011104) and handle the application paperwork. For EU clients outside Greece, ΕΣΠΑ doesn’t apply, but the assessment and quote process is the same.
If you serve an international audience (tourism, real estate, B2B services), almost always yes. Greek and English at minimum, sometimes German, French or Italian on top. See how we approach multilingual websites.
Not always. Often a focused redesign earns more than a full rebuild from scratch. We look at what’s worth keeping during the assessment.
